Easy one

Yesterday I did a ride similar to the day before, but today was great. Dropped off my car for an oil change and went on a mostly downhill ride home (http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=4612072). My calf cramped up during the ride, but I worked it out. Going back to get the care should be a lot tougher, though!

Finally...

Finally went on a decent bike ride of 8 miles. Probably didn't have time, but did it anyhow! Couldn't use my street bike because it needs like $100 of work done. So I used one of the other bikes here. The tires are a lot wider, but that's okay since I went on the bike path (http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=4607404) . Maybe I'll try the Lake Road tomorrow, and even some dirt roads.
